Child safety standards

OutPal is for adults only. You must be 18 or over to create an account, and we check date of birth at sign-up.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any such content or behaviour is removed, the accounts involved are banned, and we report to the relevant authorities in the UAE and elsewhere as the law requires.

How to report

Use the report option in the app, or email support@outpal.ae with the username, outing and details. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police first (999 in the UAE).
