Request account deletion

To delete your OutPal account, email legal@outpal.ae from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request".

Please include:

• the email address on your OutPal account (send from it if you can);
• your OutPal username, if you remember it;
• a clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted.

Requests are handled by hand. We first confirm that the request comes from the account holder, then complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done. Deletion cannot be undone.
